Physical development is all about taking physical and emotional care of our bodies.
Spirtual
Spiritual development has to do with how to nurture the new man.
Relational
Relational health has to do with such things as interpersonal skills and social skills, effective communication, and the ability to develop deep and lasting relationships.
Transformation
Spiritual transformation is the process in which the believer, as God’s beloved, is being transformed into the image of Christ, for the glory of God and for the good of others.
